With nearly 10 years of experience as an instructor and lifeguard, he has developed solid expertise in teaching as well as in training and supervising aquatic staff.<\/p>\n<p>Currently studying Specialized Education Techniques, he has a strong interest in helping relationships and believes that a caring, safe and inclusive environment allows everyone to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p>Although he does not work directly in the water with the swimmers, his role is to support the instructors, guide the team and ensure the quality of the experience offered to families.
