Communication is the club\u2019s public face. This committee ensures a consistent, professional and engaging presence across all of the club\u2019s platforms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mission<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Manage the club\u2019s digital presence (social media, newsletter).<\/li>
  • Provide visibility for certain communications or events.<\/li>
  • Promote the athletes\u2019 activities, events and successes.<\/li>
  • Maintain the club\u2019s brand and visual consistency.<\/li>
  • Keep club, provincial and national records up to date to support the social committee at the gala.<\/li>
  • Note that updating the website is the responsibility of the executive director and the club\u2019s administration.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Post content on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.<\/li>
    • Write and send the monthly newsletter to members.<\/li>
    • Prepare a theme at local competitions in support of the social committee.<\/li>
    • Work with the head coach on printing T-shirts and other items.<\/li>
    • Organize photography or videography sessions (competitions, events, promotion, etc.).<\/li>
    • Maintain relationships with local media (press releases).<\/li>
    • Create visual tools (posters, banners, templates).<\/li>
    • Organize and oversee the creation of team items as needed.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t

      Who we\u2019re looking for<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • Interest in social media, writing or graphic design.<\/li>
      • An eye for aesthetics and a concern for content quality.<\/li>
      • Knowledge of common digital tools.<\/li>
      • Rigour, consistency and the ability to meet deadlines.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
