As a former swimmer for the club, I represented Natation Gatineau and the Club Aquatique de l’Outaouais on the provincial stage for more than 10 years. During my development, I stood out in the individual medley and distance events.
Favouring the long-term development of my athletes, I develop all strokes in my training. My athletes are ready to race every event on the provincial circuit with strong execution. This starts with technical development — the most important aspect of my training. I place high importance on the quality of execution in my drills and sessions.
I completed my NCCP 201 coach training in February 2026. I am also taking several other courses that enhance my practice beyond the NCCP, because I genuinely enjoy learning and sharing what I learn with my athletes.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the Université de Montréal, I bring “design thinking” into my coaching practice. It shows up as much in my planning as at the poolside during the drills I propose to athletes. I find a real link between the elements of playful experience design and the teaching of swimming, a strength I draw on in my training. I offer competitive training and learning with creative and fun touches in order to pass on my passion for swimming to my athletes.
