Development toward the competitive level for swimmers coming from Pre-competitive 1 or the swim school
Refining the techniques of the four strokes and mastering the associated competitive events
Introduction to race tactics and mental preparation in competition
Consolidation of the knowledge considered intermediate
Development of maximum speed with reliable technique over short distances (USRPT approach)
