Pre-competitive 1
Developing skills toward the competitive level, in continuity with the swim school
Acquire the basic techniques of the four strokes and the associated competitive events
Integrate starts and turns, generally at an introductory stage
Develop maximum speed with good technique over short distances (USRPT approach)
