Provincial competition and preparation toward the high-performance groups
Consolidate the technical and physiological gains from Age Group 1
Develop independence in managing training and competitions
Regular participation in provincial competitions as well as some out-of-region competitions
Prepare swimmers to join the Performance group or Sport-études Élite

Objectives
Raise the training level and continue technical development of the four strokes.
Continue neuromuscular development out of the water and connect dryland work with in-water work.
Develop mental preparation and readiness for effort.

Attendance at all training sessions.
Participation in the targeted competitions.
